Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Direct2Date ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. What the Service Does

Direct2Date provides dating coordination and concierge services on your behalf. With your authorization, we will:

• Identify and evaluate potential matches based on your stated preferences.
• Coordinate and facilitate conversations with potential matches on your behalf.
• Propose dates or arrange contact exchanges based on your stated preferences.
• Notify you via SMS about matches, proposals, and outcomes.

3. SMS Communications

Direct2Date operates a recurring SMS program covering account verification, profile-ready notifications, new-match notifications, and service updates from your concierge. SMS is optional and opt-in only: during sign-up you may check a consent box (unchecked by default) to receive these messages, and you can use the Service without enabling SMS. Message frequency may be up to 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; after replying STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how your information, including mobile opt-in data, is handled.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including age, identity, and preferences.
• You may not use the Service to harass, deceive, or harm others.
• You may not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Conduct on Behalf of You

You authorize Direct2Date to coordinate conversations and arrange dates on your behalf within the parameters you set. You retain the right to confirm or decline any specific match or date proposal. You can pause or terminate the Service at any time.

6. Photos and Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. You grant Direct2Date a limited license to use that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You represent that you have the right to use the photos and content you upload.

7. Payments

If the Service requires payment, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@direct2date.com.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Direct2Date does not guarantee that you will receive matches, dates, or any particular outcome. We do not control the behavior of any individuals you may meet through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Direct2Date shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Direct2Date is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
